”As a sommelier, I am responsible for all the drinks served at the castle, including the selection available to guests from our wine cellar. When I am not presenting the food and planning major events, I also like to hold drink tastings for our guests and finding suitable wines for the next dinner that we are serving.

The best thing about working at Haga Castle is the colleagues, our collaboration and our eagerness to provide service is key to us all enjoying our work. And it is always inspiring to spend your working hours in such a historic environment. Getting to work with so many great people makes going to work a joy every day!
